This Island is one of the best places to stay ever. It's so peaceful and special. You feel surrounded by nature and beauty. Kent and Heather are very helpful and always making sure we have all we need to have a great stay. This is a fourth time there and we can't wait to come back.
This is a wonderful cabin in a very private area with a super responsive and accommodating host. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with good fishing and privacy and are used to camping or "glamping" this is the perfect spot. Kent gives super clear instructions, is very responsive and friendly, and goes out of his way to accommodate. The island is great for dogs and has everything you need for a simple escape.
We stayed the weekend at Naughty Dog Island with our 3 dogs and we all had the best time! The island was private & the surroundings were beautiful. We got great use out of the stand up paddle board and our dogs loved being able to adventure and roam freely. Kent was a great host and very helpful! We’re already planning our next trip back to stay on the big island next time!
Our stay was wonderful. The island was beautiful and peaceful, and getting there was easy. My dog had a blast exploring and swimming. I loved having coffee on the front porch, watching the lake and sky change with the weather, and hearing (& seeing) the loons! The cabin is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. The hosts provide instructions so you know what to bring and what to expect, and they were happy to answer my questions and help with anything I needed. It was great. Thank you!
Naughty dog island was truly just amazing! Even before we got there Kent was helping us prepare for the trip with packing tips and tricks. Kent’s support and communication was great for us, we are new to adventures into the outdoors so all the gear and instructions really helped us enjoy our time! The kayaks were awesome and the lake was so beautiful. Our pup had so much fun and we got so much quality time together. The sun sets and sunrises were on another level. We are excited to visit again in the future!

We had the most incredible 5-night stay at Naughty Dog Island, and Kent was truly an exceptional host. From the very beginning, he was so accommodating and thoughtful, even making special arrangements to help us get out to the island with our reactive dog, which meant so much to us.<br/>The place itself was absolutely adorable, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Kent went above and beyond in every way, he even took the time to set up my telescope for us, which made the experience even more special.<br/>The island was peaceful, beautiful, and honestly everything me, Carlos, Dublin, and Nova could have asked for and more. If we could give Kent more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
