One Big Sustainable Island has been used as a filming location by ABC News, music videos, by YouTube influencers, and many, MANY local photographers for personal and client content. Our photography/commercial rates are different than our normal booking rates and require a custom quote by contacting us first. Included in every offer is: island transportation for your crew and gear, on-island transportation support, and use of all of our island facilities (beach, boats, shower/bathroom, trails, rope swing!) during your time there, and logistical support for other vendors (ie caterers, etc.)

We offer three different options for photo shoots, video production, and other commercial purposes. Rent a single site or an entire island:

For Single Site Rental at 1 Big Sustainable Island
1). One-hour rental - 1p to 2p during our “turnover” time (available only when we are between overnight guests) - $100
2). Hourly rental - 3-hour minimum - $75/hour
3). Overnight Rental - beginning at 3p and checkout at 10a - Ask us!

For Islandwide Rental at either 1 Big Sustainable Island or Little Cabin Island

1). One-hour rental - 1p to 2p during our "turnover" time (available only when we are between overnight guests) - $300
2). Hourly rental - 3-hour minimum - $275/hour
3). Overnight Rental - beginning at 3p and checkout at 10a - Ask us!

The fine print: Service fees and taxes apply. Outdoor photography must be completed by sunset. A $250 refundable security deposit will apply. The House Rules for each stay apply.
