About 1 Big Sustainable Island
These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by 1 Big Sustainable Island (dba 1BSI's Paddlers Cove), a private island glamping and outdoor recreation business located on Annabessacook Lake in Monmouth, Maine. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking through our reservation platform. 1 Big Sustainable Island reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the island, its equipment, and other guests with respect. 1 Big Sustainable Island reserves the right to remove guests who engage in unsafe, disruptive, or destructive behavior without refund.
Equipment Rentals
Canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and other equipment are provided for guest use during the rental period. Guests are responsible for any damage caused through misuse. Equipment must be returned by the agreed time.
